I: General Agreement a) All users of UnibrowDesign agree to all of the terms and conditions listed on this page. b) Any violations of the terms and conditions will result in suspension of services, termination of services, and removal of all hosted or designed content with or without warning. c) UnibrowDesign reserves the right to monitor your usage and actions on this network, with or without warning. While visiting or using a UnibrowDesign service, you agree to being monitored or trafficked by UnibrowDesign. d) UnibrowDesign's Network is defined by domain names, hosted websites, and equipment. e) UnibrowDesign does not offer refunds on any package, regardless of the circumstance. II: Website Design Terms a) UnibrowDesign reserves the right to institute a fee of one fourth (1/4) of the total project cost before any designing takes place. This fee is a down payment, and if it is not received then the project will not be started. b) UnibrowDesign does not design websites containing or pertaining to pornographic material, warez, racial slurs, and all other illegal or damaging activities. Any client seeking a website that violates any of those terms will immediately be banned from all UnibrowDesign services. c) If a client has an abusive attitude, or one that UnibrowDesign does not see fit, then UnibrowDesign is no longer obligated to comple the project. If and when the decision is made that the client's attitude is unacceptable, all forms of contact will be ended. d) UnibrowDesign is not responsible if a project deadline is not reached due to outside inteference. This includes, but is not limited to data loss, power outage, or change in project design. e) A flat fee of $10 is charged for updates to websites designed by UnibrowDesign. This fee remains constant unless UnibrowDesign feels that the fee should be raised due to extensive updates. Extensive updates are defined as news updates more than twice a week, and updates of content in massive volume. f) Client's will not obtain their website until the remaining three fourths (3/4) of the payment is received, after project completion. The project can be previewed while in development at any time. The project will be hosted on the unibrow.net server. III: Website Hosting Terms a) Customers hosted by UnibrowDesign are not allowed to have any content or links pertaining to warez, pornography, or other illegal and scandalous activities. Any user found violating this policy will have their account terminated immediately, and will never again utilize services of UnibrowDesign. b) Hosted accounts' bandwidth limit is a raw limit. Customers hosted on Ensim may exceed this limit, but an excess charge of 75c per gigabyte will apply where it is exceeded. CPanel accounts will receive website suspension upon reaching their bandwidth limit. E-mail and FTP functionality will remain, however it is used at the discretion of the user, and the 75c per gigabyte charge applies. c) Billing dates for hosted accounts are fourteen (14) days within their respective due dates. If an account is not paid for after two (2) weeks it will be suspended. If not paid after four (4) weeks, The account will be terminated. UnibrowDesign holds no responsibiliy for loss of data over unpaid accounts. d) UnibrowDesign accepts no responsibility for damages induced to sites by third parties, including DDoS, DoS, Syn or any other kind of network or server attacks. IV: Updates a) UnibrowDesign reserves the right to update or change this document in any form deemed necessary, with or without warning, at any time. b) Last update: 8/10/03.
