Introduction At UnibrowDesign, your Web Design solution will be tailored to your needs. The core idea of Web Design at UnibrowDesign is to provide professional service at economical prices. All projects are done by myself and all clients speak directly to me when a project is discussed. I believe that this straight forward and clear cut approach is what gives UnibrowDesign the edge when it comes to finding your Web Design soluton. The Process The work begins by having an indepth conversation where the content and design of the site is discussed. I then take into consideration what is being asked for, and come up with an estimate for the project. Once a price is settled upon, I request a mandatory one fourth (1/4) down payment. Upon receiving the down payment, I will begin working on your project. Everytime I make substantial progress, I will provide previews of your project and then I will make sure you are pleased with the work completed thus far. If you are satisfied, then I continue onwards. In the event that you are not content with the work being done, I will assess the situation with you and make changes where needed. This process is repeated until I complete your project. At the time of completetion, I will request the remaining three fourths (3/4) of my payment. After receiving the rest of the payment, I will upload your project to your server or any other chosen location. Pricing There are no set prices for any of the design services offered. I believe that each client has different needs and desires, and so the price is based around those values. When an estimate is made for a website, I take the following into consideration: -Complexity of design -Volume of content -Level of customization -Type of website (ie: commerce, gaming) -Required coding/application use (ie: HTML, PHP, Photoshop) Many other design services are offered as well. These services range from banners and logos to website maintenance. Not all of the services I can provide have been mentioned. If there is a project you need and it was not included above, feel free to e-mail me and I will decide if the project is plausible. Concerning other projects, like banners or logos, I utilize the same process as in creating a website, with the exception being that I only consider complexity of design and level of customization when making an estimate. Whenever website maintenance is performed, a $10 fee per month will be charged. This fee covers updates like small additions of content and news updates once or twice a week. However, if extensive updates are needed and occur more than three days a week, a larger fee will be negotiated based upon the type and volume of the update(s). Payment Payments for any services are excepted via Paypal (www.paypal.com). Paypal is fast, secure, and used by millions of people. I am a verified PayPal account holder.
